  1. Unplug your ethernet cable from the back of your computer or block the program Temp.
  2. Install Vegaspro.12.0.367 BUT make sure to install to C:/Program Files/Sony/Vegas Pro 12. Basically, if you install to ANY other DRIVE other than C: , the PATCHER will NOT work. That is why some people are getting asked for serial #'s or the trial version; they DID NOT install to the C:/correct drive!
  3. Copy the file from patch - KHG folder (vegas.pro.12.-patch) INTO the C:/Program Files/Sony/Vegas Pro 12 folder. 
  4. double click the vegas.pro.12.-patch FILE here and click the words "PATCH" it should pop up with the words "OK" in small text and it should really quickly "blink" the words "C:/"
  5. plug in the Ethernet cable AND/OR turn on anti virus or Unblock the program
